Absolutely! Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
The following refund options are supported:
Retailers have their own return & exchange policies. If you need an exchange for something they don't carry, please let us know at email@example.com.
We just need to verify the name of the person or their email address. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 800-664-9015.
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. That email will contain the prepaid shipping label which you can tape to any packaging, including using our mailers which have second useability.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval. While that is all our fancy language - let's just say we usually try and process it very quickly.
We like to get ahead too! Orders placed between October 1 and December 25 are eligible for return through January 25 of the following year.
