Returns & Exchanges

 So you love your Happiness Is…purchase but you got the size wrong or colour. Or perhaps we made a mistake (yikes!). No worries.  

Any item (except custom orders or those marked as part of our last call sale) that is unused and in the same condition as you received it, you can return or exchange by mail within 30 days of your order date. Orders placed between October 1 and December 25 are eligible for return through January 25 of the following year.

We will even take on the shipping costs to return to our warehouse, using our prepaid labels.   

If you don't see the size you need in stock for an exchange, we will be restocking non-sale items in mid January and will ship as soon as we have it ready. 

How do I return?

  • Go to our returns & exchange center. Please click here
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return and any items you wish to receive. You can also report any damages or incorrect items received.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

Visit our returns center. Please click here. Enter your order number and email address to start. Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with a prepaid shipping label.

Items purchased in the last 30 days.

Items that are unused and in resellable condition.

Note: Items purchased from a retailer should be returned to the retailer directly.

Items purchased through our retailers

Items purchased over 30 days except during the holiday period or for extenuating circumstances

None! We will pay all shipping costs to return or exchange your item.

We just need to verify the name of the person or their email address. Please email us at info@happinessisinc.com or call us at 800-664-9015.  

Retailers have their own return & exchange policies. If you need an exchange for something they don't carry, please let us know at info@happinessisinc.com

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the online return request.

The email will contain a prepaid shipping label which you can tape to any packaging, including using our dual purpose mailers. Pop in any mailbox.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. Within 5 - 7 working days after we receiving your item, you will receive the corresponding refund or revised order (if an exchange).

We like to get ahead too! Orders placed between October 1 and December 25 are eligible for return through January 25 of the following year.
