Return & Exchange Policies

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return?
  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable? 
  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
  • Items purchased from a retailer should be returned to the retailer directly.
What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)
The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, please let us know!

Can the items be exchanged?

Absolutely! Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Exchange
I purchased at a retailer what are my options?

Retailers have their own return & exchange policies. If you need an exchange for something they don't carry, please let us know at info@happinessisinc.com. 

I received a gift and don'tknow the order #?

We just need to verify the name of the person or their email address. Please email us at info@happinessisinc.com or call us at 800-664-9015.  

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. That email will contain the prepaid shipping label which you can tape to any packaging, including using our mailers which have second useability.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval. While that is all our fancy language - let's just say we usually try and process it very quickly.

I shop early for the holidays, what can I do?

We like to get ahead too! Orders placed between October 1 and December 25 are eligible for return through January 25 of the following year.
