Returns & Exchanges

So you love your Happiness Is…purchase but you got the size wrong or colour. No worries.  Any item that is unused and in the same condition as you received it, you can return or exchange by mail within 30 days of your order date.   Orders placed between October 1 and December 25 are eligible for return through January 25 of the following year.

 If you are located in Canada, we’ll take on the shipping costs to return to our warehouse, using our prepaid labels attached below.

Exchange Steps
  1. Begin a new order: We kindly ask that you enter a new and separate transaction for the item you desire.  
  2. Follow return steps: For the item you no longer desire,  follow the returns process steps below.
Return Steps
  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) No.: Please fill out the form below to log your return.  Once it has been accepted, you will receive an email with your RA No.  Returns cannot be accepted until this form has been completed and an RA No. obtained. Please do not hesitate to email or call 1-800-664-9015 if you need any kind of assistance.
  2. Print a prepaid shipping label: Included in your return authorization email from step 1, we provide a direct link to a prepaid trackable shipping label.  You will need to keep your RA No. handy to access this label.   If you are located outside of Canada, or have trouble printing the label, this email will also include further instructions.
    1. Mail your item:  Once we have received your item at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival.  After the item has been inspected, a credit will be applied to your credit card.
